Modern science tells us that little exercise is an AMAZING way to experience the powerful benefits of gratitude. (Check out this +1 for more: What went well? (And Why?)

As you may recall from Module I: Eudaimonology, gratitude is one of the Top 3 scientifically-validated virtues. Practicing it is therefore a wise thing to do.

We’ll dive deeper into gratitude—and ALL of our virtues—throughout the course of our work together. 🙏
