I hope that you’ve had a great week.

On the Heroic Coach front, we’re continuing to work our way through the brilliant wisdom in the Coach Modules (What ideas have resonated with you most strongly so far?! 🙌)

We’re also continuing to move from Theory to Practice with that wisdom, applying it to our lives as we strive to more and more consistently express the best version of ourselves. (What’s one example of how you’ve done that this week?! Celebrate! “That’s like you!” 🎉)

On that note…

Have you started your Big 3 (x2) Carpe Diem Journal Practice yet?

As we mentioned on Monday → if you’d like to earn an Official Heroic Coach certification, you’ll need to complete the Daily Practice in theHeroic App or complete the Big 3 (x2) Carpe Diem Journal Practice 5/7 days per week.

To track completion of your Carpe Diem Journals — which is the daily Practice for the Prosper Fundamental — you can do it in any way that works best for you!

We also mentioned in Monday’s note that there are seven total Fundamentals you’ll be practicing 5/7 days per week by the end of the program. 

While we’ve already introduced and encouraged you to practice a few of them (for example, gratitude and meditation), the only one you’re officially responsible for completing at this point is the practice for our Prosper fundamental. And again, you can choose whether to do the Carpe Diem Journal or utilize the Heroic App. With 248 days left in the program, that means you will have completed 177 practices of the Prosper fundamental by the time you graduate.

In which we hang out with Michelangelo in his studio and get to work sculpting our ideal selves via our Big 3: Energy + Work + Love. How? Getting clarity on our new Identities and the Virtues we will embody and the Behaviors we will practice. When? Every day. Which is the focus of our next Module…

  • Practice: The Big 3 (x2) Carpe Diem Journal. Aim for 5/7 days per week (🎯) with a minimum of one word for each of the Big 3 (x2). That’s at least 9 words total, one for each of Energy Identity + Energy Virtue + Energy Behavior + Work Identity + … etc.

    (Or, simply use the Heroic App.) 

  • Connect with your Heroic Buddy.
