  • 1️⃣ Watch: Module VI.5 – Breathe (poster + worksheets here). After Eat, Move, and Sleep, we now train one of the most powerful fundamentals of all: breathing through the nose, into the belly, with long, calm exhales—anytime, anywhere.

  • 2️⃣ Practice: Train Optimal Breathing for at least 3 minutes daily. (Pro tip: stack it with meditation, journaling, workouts, or winding down for bed!)

  • 3️⃣ Heroic App Connection: Add “Breath Training” as a target in your Energy Protocol.
