Time for another Fundamental: Breathing like a Hero. 🌬️


Here’s the practice:

  • Inhale calmly through your nose 👃

  • Deep into your belly with your diaphragm 🫁

  • Exhale slightly longer than you inhale 💨


That’s Optimal Breathing. Just 3 minutes a day is all it takes.


🎯 This Week’s Actions

  • 📺 Watch: Module VI.5 – Breathe (poster + worksheets here). After Eat, Move, and Sleep, we now train one of the most powerful fundamentals of all: breathing through the nose, into the belly, with long, calm exhales—anytime, anywhere.

  • 🏹 Practice: Train Optimal Breathing for at least 3 minutes daily. (Pro tip: stack it with meditation, journaling, workouts, or winding down for bed!)

  • 📱 Heroic App Connection: Add “Breath Training” as a target in your Energy Protocol.
