Couldn’t make it to Austin for one of our recent Spring Activation Weekends?


Spartan Race not in the cards?


No problem.


You're invited to propose your own physical challenge that meets these criteria:

  • Stretches you beyond your current limits (without snapping 😄)

  • Requires real prep and training

  • Involves some kind of Community connection (you define it!)


Once you’ve got your challenge in mind, fill out this quick survey to let us know your plan.


Be specific—especially with your anticipated completion date!


Here are some inspiring examples of Energetic Best Challenges that past participants have proposed and successfully completed:

  • Complete a Spartan Race (any distance) with fellow coaches or friends.

  • Run a Half-Marathon or Marathon with a training group.

  • Cycle 100 miles in a single ride (solo or with a cycling club).

  • Swim a 5K open-water event or indoor equivalent.

  • Hike a mountain you’ve never summited before with a small group.

  • Complete a Triathlon (Sprint, Olympic, or longer).

  • Row 100,000 meters in a month on a rowing machine with an accountability group.

  • Train for and complete 50 push-ups in a single set after a month of daily training.

  • Walk 15,000 steps every day for 90 days and invite others to join.

  • Dance every day for 30 days, learning an open style with a local class or online group.

  • 3️⃣ Heroic App Connection: Move Module VI.3 into practice by adding the featured “Exercise” Target to your Energy protocol. Customize it with the type of movement that energizes YOU. Each completed Target boosts both your Heroic journey and our shared community stats.
