It’s time to MOVE — literally and Heroically. 😄
This week, we're diving into Module VI.3: Move, the next step in mastering the Fundamentals.
🎯 Fundamental Practice: MOVE
Your new target:
→ 30 minutes of dedicated movement per day (varying intensity: low / medium / high / recovery) and/or
→ Average 10,000 steps/day over the course of the week
Repeat. Forever. 🙌
✅ Coach Certification Standard: 30 minutes of movement and/or 10k steps, at least 5 out of 7 days each week.
We’ll also explore how to make movement FUN—by defining our own movement games and finding creative Opportunities To Move (OTMs) throughout the day.
