Connecting Heroically: Coaching is a Relationship Business

Mastering connection is an essential skill for impactful coaching. By embracing Connection 2.0 and Open Proactive Connecting, we create meaningful relationships built on Network Generosity & Goodwill. A strong system for Note Taking helps us track insights and nurture connections over time, reinforcing our commitment to the Long Game. Through Communicating for Connection, we deepen trust and understanding, while a mindset of Turning Towards Challenges allows us to grow through adversity. Together, these practices form the foundation for lasting, high-impact relationships.
