This week, we continued with the third Coaching Excellence (CE) Module with:

Coaching’s Big 3: Virtuous Charismatic Heroic Coaching with Presence, Power, and Warmth.

We develop Coaching’s Big 3 through deep listening, creating a context of curiosity and expansion, readying ourselves for powerful insights that we follow with impeccable, instinctual action. This allows us to show up as a wise coach and be the mirror for our client’s best.

Before we progress with Module IV, we’ll be having our first formal check-in of the Coach program on Tuesday, June 10th. At this virtual event, you’re invited + encouraged to share your biggest wins thus far and reflect on how you can benefit from a little extra focus. These check-ins offer a great opportunity to refine your approach, double down on what’s working, and connect with other colleagues going through the Coach program and learn what’s working well for them.
