  • 📺 Watch: Module II: Hero-ology – Part 2: Training & Tools (poster + worksheets here) — where we bring our philosophy to life, practice basic orienteering, and equip ourselves with key tools like the Virtue Compass, Heroic Healing Balm, Hero Pills, and more.

  • 🏹 Practice: Focus on the 1, 2, 3 Optimize process this week. Keep it simple—just a one-word response for each question or go deeper if you’d like. (I personally do this at the end of the day, but find what works best for you!)

  • 📱 Heroic App Connection: Add the “Eat a Challenge Like an Energy Bar” target to your Heroic protocol and engage with the community by sharing your insights.
