And welcome to Module III: The Big 3 (x2). 🎉

We’re fired up for this Module. 

The Big 3 (x2) and Big 3 (x2) Carpe Diem Journal Practice are both key components of the Optimize protocol.

Plus, the Big 3 (x2) Carpe Diem Journal Practice is one of the seven Fundamental Practices required for Certification.
 
Completing the Big 3 (x2) Carpe Diem Journal = REQUIRED

Starting next week, if you’d like to earn an Official Heroic Coach certification, you’ll need to complete the Big 3 (x2) Carpe Diem Journal Practice 5/7 days per week. (The “floor” version of one word for each of the nine components, can take as little as 10-15 seconds!)

📱 Note: The Heroic App is both the EASIEST and HIGHEST IMPACT way to complete the Big 3 (x2) Carpe Diem Journal practice. (For those who are already using the Heroic App, simply recommitting to your Heroic Big 3 Protocol each day is all that is needed for this fundamental.) 

Note2: There are seven total Fundamentals you’ll be practicing 5/7 days per week by the end of the program if you’d like to earn a Certification. While we’ve already introduced a few of them and have encouraged you to be practicing them consistently (for example, gratitude, and meditation), the only one you’re officially responsible for completing at this point is the Carpe Diem Journal.

Moving on…

Having defined the game that we’re playing (Eudaimonology) and committing to playing it like Hērōs (fueled by love, with strength for two and Antifragile Confidence + Heroic Courage + Response-ability, plus a host of tools for doing so) we’re ready to get specific on what that looks like for YOU. 

Enter: The Big 3 (x2).

What do you look like at your Optimus best in Energy + Work + Love? Who are you (your identity) + how do you show up (your virtues) + what you do (your behaviors) when you’re living in alignment with that Optimus best?

Time to get clear and then move from Theory → Practice.
