Hope that you had a great weekend and that you’re having fun writing (and following!) a prescription for the #1 thing that would have the biggest impact on your life, Energy-wise.
Personally, I’ve been experimenting with different PM bookend rituals.
I tried a couple of days of infrared sauna (followed by a cool bath then cold shower to bring my core body temperature back down ahead of sleep!), and then a couple of days of ice baths.
So far, so good! Oura shows sleep data and readiness are improving. 💪
