Practice: Continue to practice each of The Fundamentals we’ve introduced so far: Prospering (via a Big 3 (x2) Carpe Diem Journaling Practice), Sleeping (via a Digital Sunset one hour+ before bed), and Focusing (via a meditation practice). Aim for 5/7 days this week. (← Doing each of the core Fundamental Practices 5/7 days per week is required to earn a Certification.)
