It was another powerful reminder for me that we’ll ALWAYS be presented with opportunities to move more deeply from Theory to Practice in our journey toward Mastery. (“Ultimately, the master and the master’s path are one. And if the traveler is fortunate—that is, if the path is complex and profound enough—the destination is two miles farther away for every mile he or she travels.”)

It’s easy to get so fired up about the whole Optimizing game that we forget the fact that we’re ALREADY WINNING. Science says: Gratitude is super important. In fact, it’s the key that unlocks a ton of joy. Therefore, it’s time to make it fundamental. (When? TODAY!)
  

• Heroic App Connection: Continue to Celebrate daily with Big 3 (x2) Gratitude Journaling: practicing gratitude for who (specifically, three people) and what’s awesome in Energy + Work + Love.
