Fundamental Practice: Move!

This week, we’re heading into Module VI: The Fundamentals - Part 3: Move and adding another Fundamental Practice to our protocol → 30 minutes of dedicated movement time daily (with varying intensity throughout the week, between low / medium / high / recovery) and/or an average of 10k steps per day throughout the course of the week.

Repeat… forever! 🙌

Officially, the requirement for earning a Heroic Coach Certification is 30 minutes of movement and/or an average of 10k steps, 5/7 days per week.

We’ll also be defining and playing our own movement games + taking advantage of opportunities to move (OTMs!) as we become perpetual motion machines popping time-released magic pills and giving ourselves the gift of well-being.
