And welcome to Module III: The Big 3 (x2). 🎉

We’re fired up for this Module.

The Big 3 (x2) is a key component of the Heroic Protocol and forms the foundation of the Practice feature in the app. 


Completing your Heroic Protocol = REQUIRED


Starting next week, if you’d like to earn an Official Heroic Coach certification, you’ll need to commit to your Heroic protocol 5/7 days per week and hit your top 3 targets in Energy, Work, and Love.

Note: This week’s Heroic App Connection video will walk you through how to update (or setup) your Heroic Protocol.

Note2: There are seven total Fundamentals you’ll be practicing 5/7 days per week by the end of the program if you’d like to earn a certification. While we’ve already introduced a few of them and have encouraged you to be practicing them consistently (for example, gratitude and meditation), the only one you’re officially responsible for completing at this point is committing to your protocol in the Heroic App.

Moving on…

Having defined the game that we’re playing (Eudaimonology) and committing to playing it like Hērōs (fueled by love, with strength for two and Antifragile Confidence + Heroic Courage + Response-ability, plus a host of tools for doing so) we’re ready to get specific on what that looks like for YOU.

Enter: The Big 3 (x2).

What do you look like at your Heroic best in Energy + Work + Love? Who are you (your identity) + how do you show up (your virtues) + what you do (your behaviors) when you’re living in alignment with that Heroic best?

Time to get clear and then move from Theory → Practice.
