Heroes!

Michael here (🙌), with Part 1 of a special 3-part update, inspired by a recent social post with SOUL FORCE that was off the charts!!!

It's got us FIRED UP to share more about how we’re excited to support YOU in answering the call to BE one of the heroes that our world needs now more than ever.

Plus, (if it’s your thing!) to talk about how to create (or expand) income and impact by helping others flourish as a Heroic Coach and Heroic Workshop Instructor.

We’ll also celebrate a few of the incredible Heroic individuals around the world who are already out there spreading ripples in their communities and beyond.

So…

Yesterday night, I got a text from one of our amazing Heroic Workshop Instructor Trainers (Adam Lugsch-Tehle! 🙇‍♂️) celebrating the individuals that he’d been blessed to train in Austin and support in the weeks following the event.

He referenced a post on social that made my jaw drop, heart explode, and mind go into overdrive:

🌍 ✨ Building Collective Efficacy Through Shared Practice: Heroic Workshops ✨🌍

Allow me to introduce you to... "The A Team", a group of 11 incredible facilitators transforming lives across the globe, from Fargo, ND, USA, to Soshanguve, ZA, and everywhere in between.

The journey began on 8 May with a promise that all candidates would become certified by the end of June '24.

Following an intensive three-day training in Austin, TX, each member has now hosted 2+ workshops, moving from candidate to certified status. 🚀 

Imagine mothers and fathers, sons and daughters, new friends and old, gathering in living rooms, on the shores of Greek islands, in South African townships, the mountains of Colorado, and even yurts in Idaho, USA. 🌅 

Together, we've overcome fear and perfectionism, embodying the mantra "Speed is a Force", forging an antifragile mindset and a heroically confident mind in the safe container of a mastermind. 💪 🧠 

Since that Austin training, we've hosted over 25 workshops, welcoming over 150 new friends to the Heroic community. 🙌 

If we can deliver 1, we can deliver 10. If we can deliver 10, we can deliver 100. If we can deliver 100, we can deliver 1,000... and so forth.

Join me in thanking each of THEM for answering the call, for blazing the trail, and for being such an integral part of this small group in the larger context that is the Heroic Community. ❤️

(Note: There are nine more groups just like “The A Team,” including “G Unit,” “Team Awesome!!,” “Noble Knights,” “Team H” aka “The Best Team,” “BCB” aka “Boat Crew Bowker,” “CC” aka “Caroline’s Crew,” “Team Jennifer” aka “Team Walker Texas Ranger,” “Keystone Heroic Soul Forces,” and “Workshop Heroes!” And yes, they all unilaterally chose their own names. 🤓)

Now…

In order to earn a Heroic Workshop Instructor Certification, you have to:

(1) Qualify for, attend, and successfully earn a “Candidate” status at a Workshop Instructor training event.

(2) Successfully lead two in-person workshops, with at least two feedback forms submitted from participants at each event.

(Our Workshop Instructor Trainers went through an additional process on top of that, earning “Trainer Candidate” status at an intensive Train-the-Trainer event in Chicago, and then moving from “Trainer Candidate” to “Certified Trainer” by successfully training a small group of 10-12 people in Austin.)

So…

By design, (and Heroic encouragement,) the 115 individuals from more than 110 cities, 33 states, and 13 countries who joined us in Austin wasted no time in getting out there and making an impact with Heroic Workshops in their local communities.

P.S. In Part 2, we’ll talk about two more related stories I heard from two separate Heroic Live Calls that happened on Tuesday. 

One was about a Heroic Workshop Instructor deploying the workshop in a corporate setting for a half-day, $1500 fee and with feedback of: “It is brilliantly designed to build to a crescendo of absolute confidence and certainty that you can close the gap and live with Areté and eudaimonia.” 🥳 

The other is from a first-time Workshop Instructor who just launched a Coaching business and got her first two Coaching leads (out of seven participants!) from people who attended her Heroic Workshop and then said they were interested in 1-on-1 Coaching. 🙌
