Get specific.
Modern science tells us that little exercise is an AMAZING way to experience the powerful benefits of gratitude. (Check out this +1 for more: What went well? (And Why?))
As you may recall from Module I: Eudaimonology, gratitude is one of the Top 3 scientifically-validated virtues. Practicing it is therefore a wise thing to do.
We’ll dive deeper into gratitude—and ALL of our virtues—throughout the course of our work together. 🙏

Watch: Any Mastery Series Videos, Coach Practices, or Core Wisdom found within your unlocked Coach Modules. (We’ve introduced four modules so far: Module O, Module I, Module II.1, and Module II.2.)

Practice: All of the key Practices from the first few weeks; flipping-the-Switch via an Optimus Breath at least once daily, meditating at least one minute per day (5+ days per week), and practicing the 1, 2, 3 Optimize process.
