It’s Michael again (👋), and Happy Friday!
Congrats on
making it to the end of another week.
Seriously…
We want to get REALLY good at celebrating small (and big!) wins. (Note: That’s another reason we’re SO excited about the Heroic app — it’s got celebration baked into its very DNA!)
So, 🥳 👯 🎉 🎆
Couple high-level reminders before hitting this weeks recap:
1. The #1 priority = your Coach Modules. So far, we’ve released two Modules (Module O and Module I). Next week is an “off” week from new Modules, so you’ve got a little extra space to dive into either of them. 🕺 💃
2. Move from Theory to Practice. Each Module has one or two required “Coach Practices” to do. They’re typically simple
and quick actions to complete on a daily basis. For example: take a deep, long breath and EMBODY the Optimus Best version of yourself! Boom! 💥
3. Live Coaching sessions are awesome, and OPTIONAL. Engage with them accordingly!
Pro Tip: Use the Live Coaching Recap part of Friday emails as a way to get a sense of what was covered—and what might be most powerful for you to explore.
4. Work through required wisdom bit by bit every day, and you’ll be fine. 🙌
