Before we get to the Theory + Practice + Mastery components of this week, a question:

What are your Goals for the rest of the year?

Seriously. Pause. It’s worth the 5 or 10 or 15 or however many minutes it takes to get clarity.

Wave the wand. What would you love to accomplish in the coming weeks and months?! What do you want to use our work together in service towards?!

Energy-wise. Work-wise. Love-wise. What is it for you?

Maybe they’re the same ones you came into the program with. Maybe they’re something completely new.

Whatever those goals are, there’s a fantastic tool you can use to gain increased clarity + cultivate energized tranquility + improve your performance in pursuit of those goals. That tool is… 👇
 
Fundamental Practice: Focus = Meditation

Of course, we’ll also walk you through the process in this week’s module, Module IV: Carpe Diem - Part 3: The AM Bookend.

On the certification front, if you’re seeking a Heroic Coach Certification, now is the time to install (or reinstall) a Meditation Practice. Starting next week, the requirement is to Meditate at least 5/7 days per week. 

We’ll be starting out with a minimum of ONE minute a day for week one, moving up to FIVE minutes in week two and ELEVEN minutes in week three. (Check out this worksheet for tracking.)

Zooming out: Including Meditation (which is how we’ll operationalize Focus) we now have three Fundamental Practices that we’re working to do daily. The other two are Prosper, for which the key practice is the Big 3 (x2) Carpe Diem Journal Practice, and Sleep, for which the key practice is a Digital Sunset
