My name is Calman and I head up our Heroic Service Team. I wanted to reach out today to let you know that we're here to help!
I know that the Coach program can be a lot to take in and figure out, especially as you get started, so I wanted to share a few resources with you.
1: Web + App Walkthrough
I just filmed this thorough walkthrough of how to utilize the Coach Dashboard on
Web, how to navigate the Heroic Coach program on the Heroic App, and how to set up your protocol in the Heroic App for the first time.
This walkthrough is quite long, but please note a few things:
You can speed up the video and skip past any parts you may be familiar with.
In the "description" I have labeled what was covered in each part.
You can add a comment at specific points in a video, so, if there's anything that wasn't clear, please add a comment and I'll get back to you.
2: Class XV Office Hours
We invite you to add the Office Hours calendar to YOUR calendar here. We host Office Hours every single Wednesday where you can come to get support with how to navigate the program, how to use the app, and anything else you might need support with.
We also just added in two special sessions specifically for you, Class XV.
Please click on the links above to add that specific session to your calendar. (The appropriate Zoom link will be included in the calendar event!)
