Congratulations on beginning your 300-day
Heroic Coach journey. (←Note: Getting to the starting line is arguably the hardest part of anything!)
We’re going to have a ton of fun as we make 2023 the GREATEST year of our lives, together… starting with Module O and this first full week of the program.
Now...
Let’s step back and set some quick context for today’s note.
At the beginning of each week, we’ll send a short Look Ahead note (like this one) highlighting important actions to take, as well as any upcoming Live Coaching calls.
Then, at the end of the week, we’ll send another short Wrap
Up note recapping what happened.
You can access the program via your Coach Dashboard on Web or via the Mastery tab in the Heroic App. Just make sure you're logged into your account with the email you used to purchase Heroic Coach.
In the app, the Mastery tab is where you'll find the heart of the program, The Mastery Series, as well as all of the optional (but highly encouraged) live coaching call recordings.
In the app you'll also want to utilize the Core Wisdom category to view (and work through) the Philosopher's Notes, +1s, and 101s that are required in order to earn a Certification. You'll find this category at the bottom of the Theory tab.
On web, the required Wisdom (Philosopher's Notes, +1s, 101s) will be interspersed through each Module).
Be sure to always mark Modules, Practices, and pieces of Heroic Wisdom as complete once you're done with them! ✓
You'll also want to go ahead and set up your Big 3 Protocol (if you haven't yet) via the Practice tab. If you've never set up your protocol before, the app will walk you through it. We'll go deeper into the Big 3 during Module III. Following that Module, you'll be expected to commit to YOUR Heroic Protocol 5/7 days from them on out.
Later in the program we'll encourage you to add certain required Fundamentals to your protocol.
You'll need to be practicing each of the seven fundamentals consistently by the end of the program in order to earn your Certification. More on that later!

Today, after hitting this week’s Action + Live Coaching overview, we’ll also be sharing a few quick logistical updates, as well as tips for navigating and prioritizing within the program.
