If you didn't join us in LA for Heroic 2022, or a Spartan Race is not within the realm of doable for you at this time, no worries! You're welcome to propose an alternative challenge.
Think of a physical challenge that:

Causes you to stretch your current capabilities (but not snap! ๐)

Is something that requires (or required!) some degree of training and preparation

Involves Community in some way. (We intentionally left this super open-ended, you can get creative with what that means to you.)
Once you have a clearer picture of what that means for you, please fill out this short survey to let us know your plan. And if a Spartan Race is available where you live, youโre, of course, welcome to use that as your challenge. ๐ช

In which we learn how to take advantage of the time-released, well-being power tool of exercise while also finding Opportunities-to-Move throughout the day and helping our designed-to-move bodies experience the gift of playing our personal movement games. - Practice: Move! ๐โโ๏ธ Exercise + Walk + Micro-movements. (Ideally after having defined your move game and created the time to play it well. Bonus: write yourself a move prescription.)
