It’s time to dial up the intensity of our Optimizing around Eating + Moving + Sleeping + Breathing + Focusing + Celebrating + Prospering.

Starting with Part 1: The Big Picture.

On the Practice side of things, we’re asking: What is the #1 thing that you know you COULD be doing to have a positive impact on your life? Whether something to start doing or something to stop doing?!

Let's plug in and shine by getting clarity on the fundamentals: Eating, Moving, and Sleeping plus Breathing, Focusing, Celebrating, and Prospering. After hanging out with John Wooden and learning how to put on our socks and build skyscrapers, we'll identify your #1 self-care habit that keeps you plugged in and we’ll make a 100% ALL IN commitment to installing the habits that will let your soul shine with radiant enthusiasm as you get in the best health and of your life. 

  • Practice: Write yourself a “Fundamental Prescription” for your #1 Self-Care habit, the #1 behavior to START doing, and the #1 behavior to STOP doing, and then do those things! (← We’ll be returning to the prescription pad throughout all of the Fundamentals modules.)

  • Connect with your Heroic Buddy and support them in following their own self-written prescriptions!
