Fundamental Practice: Move!This week, we’re heading into Module VI: The Fundamentals - Part 3: Move and adding another Fundamental Practice to our protocol → 30 minutes of dedicated movement time daily (with varying intensity throughout the week, between low / medium / high / recovery) and/or an average of 10k steps per day throughout the course of the week.

Officially, the requirement for earning a Heroic Coach Certification is 30 minutes of movement and/or an average of 10k steps, 5/7 days per
week.
We’ll also be defining and playing our own movement games + taking advantage of opportunities to move (OTMs!) as we become perpetual motion machines popping time-released magic pills and giving ourselves the gift of well-being.

(Pro-Tip: when adding that target, you can edit the title to be the specific type of exercise(s) you like to do. You'll be able to hit your idiosyncratic exercise target while contributing to the community's goal of "Exercise" targets hit.)
